These examinations are designed to test an existing employee's fitness for their job.
Whether it be an employee returning from a non-work related injury or illness or returning to work after a worker's compensation claim, specific testing can be undertaken to ascertain whether they have the physical and menatal capacity to re-commence work, without increased risk of injury or illness to themselves or their co-workers. |
